Hi, I think I forgot to mention my new job. Starting in March I will be teaching Musculoskeletal anatomy and kinesiology at the American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls!
Some of you know that I have been wanting to teach for some time now and I am really excited about this, a little bit terrified but completely excited! It is only one day a week which works great for my already busy schedule. It will not affect my times available for massage.
With this and my other focus on restructuring and redesigning my practice, on top of my parenting and domestic gig, I have been super duper busy lately. I really want to pick up and begin blogging more but I keep running into a wall as to what to blog about. So I wanted to ask you what you would like to know. Within the realm of a healthy and whole lifestyle so many topics can be covered and it is hard to know where to start.
I would love any input you have to offer and I hope to start working on it in mid march when my schedule regains some normalcy.
